Right to withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us about your decision to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. letter sent by email). We will start to process your order as soon as it is submitted, we might not be able to prevent the shipment. Exceptions can be made only if we haven’t send you the shipping confirmation yet, so please contact us if you would like to cancel your order to see if there is a possibility to cancel (webshop@toshy.art).

The Right of withdrawal does not apply to the following items:

  • Personalised and/or signed Items;
  • Original Artworks which have produced upon request of the Customer;
  • Commissioned artworks. 
  • Items produced on demand

Right of return

We can only accept returns from purchases made directly from Toshy® through our official website toshy-dot-art. If you purchased an artwork or product from an external gallery or reseller please contact your gallery, reseller. If you purchased an Item from another third party, Toshy® is not obliged to honour your request for withdrawal.

  • You cannot return items that have been purchased at our physical stores.
  • You cannot return items damaged at your place while or after unboxing
  • We don’t accept items that have been worn or used, items that have become damaged because of improper use, or items returned after the 14-day period.

If you wish to return art or product items (read section “Definitions”) purchased from Toshy® they must be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund. Without exception you are responsible for ensuring the item(s) are returned without damage and in their original state to Toshy®. Delivery charges are not refunded. Toshy® will refund the cost of the item in full, however, please note that if you paid for the item using PayPal, PayPal may charge you for return of funds and any charge incurred is not covered by Toshy®.

In the unlikely event there is an issue with the quality of the product or it is not the product ordered, we will endeavor to resolve the situation to your satisfaction as quickly as possible. Please contact us to explain your specific queries and agree a course of action.

How to return your item.

  1. Please send back the Items purchased including the box and all original packing no later than 14 days from the day on which your Sales Agreement was cancelled. Customers must be able to prove that the Items were returned within the applicable 14 day-period.
  2. All returned Items must be adequately packed to avoid damage during transport.
  3. If You are sending back fragile Items, please contact Customer Service to enquire about adequate insurance and packing instructions. Please note that the customer is responsible for the transport until Toshy® receives the returned Item in the Studio.

  1. Customers must be able to provide written proof of shipment of the returned Items to Toshy® via a trustworthy carrier (e.g. track and trace, freight letters) and the costs thereof. If Toshy® has not received the returned Item, customers must prove the Item was returned correctly and Toshy®, at its sole discretion, will determine the preferred course of action in such case.
  2. Toshy® reserves the right to charge repair costs if the returned Item has been damaged during the return transport.

Unfortunately we do not offer free returns or returns in store/studio. You will be responsible for the postal costs of your return. Please keep a proof of postage until we confirm that your return has been delivered to us. Please note that you are responsible for the product until it reaches us, so we recommend you to send the package with a traceable service.

Refund information

We will refund you within 14 days after processing your return, using the same payment method you used to place your original order.

 

Shipping

We sent our products over to other countries and use transits by MyParcel for all our international orders. Overseas shipping of art objects, art on canvas and framed art needs a different approach and takes more time, preperation, special package (crating) than art on paper. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
 

Canvasses: All canvasses will be crated and shipped by a specialised company for art deliveries. Prices and delivery time on request.

Love Now! artworks: Shipping within 2 days

Screenprints: Part of our sustainable point of view we don’t stock most of our products. Some screenprint sizes will be created by first purchase. In that case you’ll have to wait a little bit longer but it can happen you’ll receive number one of the limited first run!

Fine art prints: Shipping within 10 days.

Fine art photo prints: Shipping within 14 days.

Scarfs: Shipping within 5 days.

Customized shirts, shoes, jackets: Shipping within 5 days.

Interior products: Shipping within 5 days (depends on stock and size, mirror mirror will be produced on demand).

Will my screenprint/art on paper/fine art print arrive safely?

Yes! We are able to ship our Toshy products worldwide.This item will arrive rolled in a dent-resistant tube.This method is especially safe for oversized works. Rolled works can be easily framed by a local framer or yourself upon arrival. Upon immediate delivery, we highly recommend you send any works on paper directly to your framer for cautious, professional unrolling of the artwork.

Do you ship internationally?

We definitely do. We love seeing our products sent over to other countries. For art on canvas we use a specialized art shipping company.

How much is shipping?
For standard packages shipping prices are calculated automaticly when you purchase the product. Bigger and more expensive (Above 1500€/1815$) products (canvasses, mirror, lamp etc) need a different treatment (packaging & insurance) We’ll sent you a quote on request.
 
Will you apply on customs export/import contracts and will I be charged by customs?
Yes our specialized shipping partner for canvasses will arrange all needed contracts. Note! When importing goods into a country outside the European Union (EU), you will usually have to pay import duties. You will also have to pay VAT and in some cases excise duty, consumption tax or other levies.
